'CHECK LIST OF INFORMATION REQUESTED FOR INSPECTION

1.       ☐Provide the agreement of Sale, Deed and settlement sheet for your acquisition of the property if made within the past five years.

2.       ☐If there are any purchase offers or lease agreements on the property within the past  five years if the property is currently for sale.

3.       ☐Are there any easements encumbering the property?

4.       ☐Are there any environmental issues or wetlands affecting the property? Any documents?

5.       ☐Building plans if there are any.

6.       ☐Are there any site plans that have been submitted to the town? Or conceptual plans that exist?

7.       ☐A recent copy of an appraisal report.

8.       ☐Any information that you would consider important for the appraisal. For example, a list of improvements upgrade / recent renovations past five years.

9.       ☐If there is a lease provide one along with income and expense statements for the past three years.

10.   ☐Recent tax information from the town.
