'CHECK LIST OF INFORMATION REQUESTED FOR INSPECTION

 

 

 

 

1.       Provide the agreement of Sale, Deed and settlement sheet for your acquisition of the property if made within the past five years.

2.       If there are any purchase offers or lease agreements on the property within the past  five years if the property is currently for sale.

3.       Are there any easements encumbering the property?

4.       Are there any environmental issues or wetlands affecting the property? Any documents?

5.       Building plans if there are any.

6.       Are there any site plans that have been submitted to the town? Or conceptual plans that exist?

7.       A recent copy of an appraisal report.

8.       Any information that you would consider important for the appraisal. For example, a list of improvements upgrade / recent renovations past five years.

9.       If there is a lease provide one along with income and expense statements for the past three years.

10.   Recent tax information from the town.
