Raymond E. Underhill Mr. Underhill has experience appraising over two decades including single and multifamily residential dwellings, commercial properties and government-owned land along with numerous road projects with values in excess of $1,000,000. He opened RU Appraisals, LLC in 2001. He is a former NJDOT reviewer/appraiser with 19 years of experience with condemnation work. His assignments have included excess land, tidelands for government agencies, retail, mixed use and FHA appraisals. Mr. Underhill believes in treating clients like he would like to be treated himself when a service is provided. He believes in keeping a promise from being prompt for inspection to providing a quality report. He also believes it should be a learning experience for the client as well. Generally, as a whole the public does not know what an appraiser does until the moment, they are involved in getting a valuation for a property.
