I hope your holidays were joyous and safe. We are starting off the New Year in good spirits. Generally, it appears we have a decent economy with the stock market reaching new highs. Again, generally real estate is doing well with values at least appear to be increasing in most areas. Even in, Vacant Commercial land values have increased in the more desirable areas.
